Introduction

The Club was stated in early 1980 and registered in May 1988. This Club shall be known as the Town Planning Sports and Recreation Club, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and henceforth called the Club.

The registered address of this club is at care of Town and Regional Planning Department, 3^rd-5^th Floor, SDB Tower, Wisma Tun Fuad Stephens, 88646 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah or other locations that will be decided by the committee from time to time.

Objectives

	To organize sports and recreational activities for members in the Department.
	To promote a spirit of understanding and co-operation among its members through their participation in the club activities;
	To organize and promote club activities in association with other social clubs and;
	To undertake other form of activities in line with the above objectives.

Membership

1. Staffs of Town & Regional Department are qualified to apply for membership.

2. Applicant is required to fill in the application form and upon completion to send or hand to the Secretary.  The Secretary is then required to forward the applications to the committee reserves the right to reject the applications without giving the reasons.

3. After the application is approved by the committee, the Applicant (s) will become members upon settling the first moth subscription fee.
